MLX-1000 Underground Loop Box (Engineering Plastic Enclosure)
MLX-1000 loop box is manufactured from flame-retardant advanced engineering plastics, providing excellent electrical insulation, impact resistance, and self-extinguishing fire performance in accordance with UL 94 V-0 or V-1 classification. All installation screws are concealed — not exposed externally — delivering a clean, elegant appearance while preventing corrosion of exposed hardware in underground or outdoor environments.
The MLX-1000 is a lighting and power terminal distribution box produced for lighting and power distribution systems in new residential buildings, industrial plants, shopping malls, factories, mines, office buildings, and other commercial and industrial facilities. Its practical application range is extremely wide across industry, commerce, construction, electricity, and power supply sectors.

Key Features
- Flame-Retardant Engineering Plastic Construction: Manufactured from advanced PC/ABS alloy with flame-retardant additives achieving UL 94 V-0 or V-1 classification — the material self-extinguishes within seconds after removal of the ignition source, preventing fire propagation and significantly reducing fire safety risk in building installation environments
- Concealed Screw Design: All external fixing screws are hidden from view, providing a smooth, clean exterior surface that resists tampering, vandalism, and corrosion — no exposed ferrous fasteners means no rust staining or degradation over years of service in underground or outdoor environments
- Excellent Electrical Insulation: The engineering plastic enclosure provides inherent electrical insulation, eliminating the need for supplementary internal insulation barriers and reducing the risk of phase-to-earth faults compared to metal enclosures in high-humidity or condensation-prone environments
- Corrosion and Chemical Resistance: Fully immune to rust, corrosion, and degradation from soil chemicals, salt water, industrial atmospheres, and UV exposure — significantly outlasting steel enclosures in underground and outdoor installations without requiring periodic repainting or surface treatment
- Impact-Resistant Construction: High-impact PC/ABS alloy provides excellent mechanical strength and impact resistance for underground installations subject to soil settlement, surface loading, and accidental impact — maintaining enclosure integrity and protection performance over the full service life
- IP54 Weatherproof Protection: Fully gasketed enclosure provides protection against dust ingress and water splashes from any direction — suitable for underground pit installation, outdoor wall mounting, and indoor installation in damp or wash-down environments
