KYN61-40.5 Armoured Removable AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear

KYN61-40.5 armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear is a high-voltage metal-clad withdrawable switchgear designed for 40.5kV three-phase AC 50Hz power systems. The main feature is that the cabinet is equipped with ZN85-40.5 fully insulated vacuum circuit breaker and spring operating mechanism. The cabinet body is composed of steel spray-plastic assembly, improving the coordination accuracy of the hand-car and the cabinet body — the hand-car is very light to push and pull out with strong interchangeability.

The switchgear adopts a metal-clad, compartmentalized structure with independent busbar, circuit breaker, cable, and low-voltage compartments, each separated by grounded metal partitions. This design ensures maximum operational safety and prevents fault propagation between compartments in accordance with IEC 62271-200 internal arc classification standards (IAC AFLR up to 31.5kA 1s).
