XL-21 Power Distribution Cabinet
XL(F)-21 power distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, and commercial facilities with three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, and three-phase five-wire systems at AC voltage up to 500V and rated frequency of 50Hz/60Hz, used for power and lighting distribution in industrial and commercial environments.
The XL-21 series is a floor-standing, front-access power distribution cabinet designed for indoor installation. It integrates incoming main switches, outgoing feeder circuit breakers, metering and monitoring devices, and control circuitry within a standardized metal-enclosed frame. The cabinet adopts a fixed-mounting configuration with all components permanently installed on mounting plates or DIN rails within the enclosure, providing a robust and cost-effective distribution solution for medium to large-scale low voltage power distribution applications.

Key Features
- Versatile Low Voltage Distribution Platform: Designed for a wide range of power and lighting distribution applications in industrial plants, commercial buildings, and infrastructure facilities — supporting incoming currents from 100A to 1000A with configurable outgoing circuit arrangements from 4 to 24 individual feeder circuits
- Multiple System Compatibility: Fully compatible with three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, and three-phase five-wire systems including TN-S, TN-C, TN-C-S, and TT earthing configurations — suitable for international low voltage distribution network standards
- Floor-Standing Robust Construction: Heavy-gauge cold-rolled steel enclosure (1.5–2.0mm thickness) with epoxy powder coating provides excellent mechanical protection for internal components — the floor-standing design accommodates larger component layouts and higher current ratings than wall-mounted alternatives
- Flexible Internal Configuration: Internal mounting plates, DIN rails, and cable management channels can be configured to accommodate a wide variety of component layouts — main incoming switches, busbar systems, outgoing MCCBs/MCBs, contactors, relays, timers, metering devices, and terminal blocks can all be arranged within a single cabinet to meet specific project requirements
- Easy Front Access and Maintenance: Full front access via lockable hinged doors provides convenient access to all components for routine inspection, maintenance, and circuit modifications without requiring rear or side clearance — reducing installation footprint and simplifying placement in space-constrained distribution rooms
- Comprehensive Circuit Protection: Each outgoing circuit is individually protected by MCCB or MCB with thermal-magnetic or electronic trip units providing short-circuit and overload protection — optional RCBO (residual current circuit breaker with overcurrent protection) provides integrated earth leakage protection for circuits serving wet areas or sensitive equipment
- Clear Circuit Identification: Each outgoing circuit is clearly numbered and labeled on the inside of the door with corresponding circuit identification charts, simplifying operation, fault-finding, and maintenance by facility electrical staff
- Cost-Effective Power Distribution: Simple fixed-mounting construction without draw-out mechanisms or complex interlocking systems provides a cost-effective distribution solution for standard power and lighting applications where the operational flexibility of withdrawable switchgear is not required
