A 240kW DC fast charger can charge a typical 75kWh EV from 20% to 80% in approximately 20-30 minutes when using a single gun. With dual-gun simultaneous charging, the total output is split between two vehicles — each receiving up to 120kW, taking about 40-50 minutes for a 20-80% charge. Actual speed varies by vehicle model, battery condition, and ambient temperature.

The dual-gun charger uses intelligent dynamic power distribution. When only one vehicle is charging, it receives the full power output (e.g., the full 240kW on the 240kW model). When two vehicles charge simultaneously, the total available power is intelligently split between the two guns based on each vehicle's demand. This ensures maximum utilization of the available power while serving two vehicles at once.

The 240kW model requires a 3-phase 380V AC supply with sufficient capacity. The 120kW model draws less current and can be installed at sites with more limited electrical infrastructure. All models use a 3-phase 5-wire system (3 phases + neutral + ground). We strongly recommend having a licensed electrician assess your site's electrical capacity before ordering. For sites with power constraints, our flexible charging stack with power sharing may be a better fit.

Yes — the 180kW and 240kW models support an output voltage range of 200V to 1000V DC, making them fully compatible with 800V high-voltage EV platforms from brands like Porsche, Hyundai/Kia (E-GMP), and other next-generation electric vehicles. The 120kW and 160kW models have a 200-750V range, which covers the vast majority of current 400V-class EVs on the market.

Our standard configuration uses GB/T 20234.2-2015 DC connectors (Chinese standard). For export markets, we offer CCS1 (SAE Combo, North America), CCS2 (IEC 62196, Europe and most global markets), and CHAdeMO (Japan). We can also supply mixed configurations (e.g., one CCS2 + one CHAdeMO). Each gun comes with a standard 5-meter cable, and custom lengths are available on request.
