YBW Substation

YBW -40.5/0.315~0.69(PV) Photovoltaic Prefabricated Substation

YBW-40.5/0.315~0.69(PV) Photovoltaic Prefabricated Substation (Container-type) is widely used in a series of new energy power generation systems, including centralized, string, distributed, and other forms. It serves as the key power collection and grid-connection unit in photovoltaic power plants, integrating high-voltage switchgear, step-up transformers, and low-voltage distribution equipment into a standardized container-type enclosure.

Designed specifically for the renewable energy sector, the YBW series meets the demanding requirements of large-scale solar farms, including outdoor installation in remote areas, wide temperature operation, and compatibility with inverter output voltages (315V–690V). The substation steps up the inverter output voltage to 40.5kV for direct connection to the medium voltage collection network, significantly reducing power transmission losses compared to lower voltage collection schemes.
