5-Step Quality Control Process

Every OEM/ODM order passes through our rigorous 5-stage quality control system. Our 99.8% pass rate is the result of systematic inspection at every critical point in the manufacturing flow.

Incoming Material Inspection

All components and raw materials verified against specifications before entering production. Copper, steel, circuit breakers, and busbars all tested and traceable.

In-Process Quality Control

Continuous inspection during fabrication, sheet metal processing, busbar forming, and assembly. First-piece approval and in-line checkpoints at every work station.

Type Testing & Routine Testing

Dielectric withstand, insulation resistance, contact resistance, and functional operation tests performed on every unit. Type test reports available for all product lines.

Final Assembly Inspection

Complete visual and dimensional inspection of finished assemblies. Wiring verification, label placement, door operation, and completeness check against BOM.

Pre-Shipment Verification

Final inspection before packaging and dispatch. Customer witness inspection available. Full documentation package including test reports and QC certificates.
